Saas-Almagell - a cosy, familiar Village with the character of a typical Valais mountain village.

Saas-Almgell is the most southerly village in the Saas Valley and is situated at 1673 meters above sea - level. The Saas Valley is surrounded by many stunning 4000 meter peaks. Despite the situation prevailing in the high alpine valley is a mild and equitable climate.

The village Saas-Almagell is also known as the native place of the famous and successful skiers Pirmin, Heidi and Silvan Zurbriggen.

The Saas Valley is situated in the very south of Switzerland in the Valais.

The house AZUR is located in a quiet but central area with unobstructed view surrounded by an idyllic garden.

During the summer a well kept garden invites you to relax during a nice little barbecue.

In wintertime the ski run of the region Saas-Almagell(2400 m) leads right to the front door of the house AZUR. You can easily reach the bus which will take you to the other skiing areas Saas-Grund(3200 m) and Saas-Fee(3500 m).
